I love that the products are made from natural substances, and I applaud the company for trying to create sustainable packaging, however the packaging is too permeable. My B complex capsules (which I buy on subscription) are supposed to be a powder inside the capsules. When I first bought them a couple of years ago, I used to open the capsules and sprinkle the contents on my porridge. Now, when I open a capsule (straight after delivery), the contents are a hard chewy lump. This makes me query whether the product is still beneficial, or even potentially harmful due to degradation. As they are like this when they first arrive, it's not a storage issue at my end (I keep them in an airtight box). It makes me reluctant to buy the Omega 3's as I worry the oil in them may be rancid.
They are such fabulous products, ticking all the boxes in every other respect, so I really hope the company do address the packaging issue!
