Theres a reason i given it 3 stars. Although it helps you to get a good nights sleep with magnesium night supplements, i wasnt aware hops extract is not good for asthmatics! I was struggling with my breathing and couldnt find out what waa setting it off. I had to get to the hospital as my breathing was getting worse. I foind out that Hops extract is no good for asthmatics, so please stay well away if you have breathing problems. I do think it’s the company’s obligations to have also put that on the package. It does work but please be aware
