I met Carlos Morales early in 2022 when I had to change carriers. I was impressed and I kept his information. I needed information on plans in an area that I plan to move into next year. So, I called Mr. Morales. He began to look for information. He explained every step he was taking. I did not intend to change carriers, until I made the decision to move, but he came up with an "offer I could not refuse." LOL! I'll be talking to him again if I decide to move. Thank you. Mr. M.
