I have been the target of sustained harassment by a Together Money employee, a Public Relations Manager named Thomas. The conduct has been persistent, deliberate, and entirely unprofessional.
My concern is not only with the individual, it is with Together Money's apparent indifference to the behavior of the people they employ. A company in the financial services space has an obligation to hold its staff to a basic standard of conduct. Together Money has failed that standard.
I have formally notified the company and expect accountability. Until that is demonstrated, I cannot recommend Together Money to anyone who values being treated with basic respect.
Update: Together Money's General Counsel has since informed me that the matter falls outside their investigatory remit and they will not intervene. I want to be fair about what I asked of them. Not disciplinary action, not termination. Simply that an employee be reminded that conduct outside of work can still reflect on the organization. That was the extent of the request. They declined.
Update 2: Together Money has reported this review to Trustpilot and is attempting to have it removed. The review contains no false statements. I will continue to document and publish accurate accounts of these events through whatever channels remain available.
