Sales rep calls multiple times per day with different caller ID numbers including those your organization uses so you will pick up the phone. I repeatedly inform the rep that we're not interested, then calls back shortly after for another round. Calls come inbound through multiple channels as well, taking up time of other employees to transfer to me again. This has been going on all week. At this point, the calls are considered harassment in my jurisdiction.The tactics are eerily similar to persistent social engineering methods to wear you down to compliance.I have done research on TOIT Training in the past, and spoke to others that have used it.
