Unbelievable. The company has no compassion and is fraudulent. Son who has additional needs inadvertently managed to register for followers on this platform, why you would charge people to get extra followers on a Social media platform is beyond me. Now they are saying because of the T&Cs they can't refund the £34 subscription that's already been taken. Even though they have cancelled it. It's down right disgusting. It could have been so much simpler.
