This is a follow-up to my previous review regarding the lack of a refund for my crypto overpayment. After seeing the seller's generic reply to my last review asking me to send an email, I tried to contact their support again. The interaction was completely insincere and unhelpful. They seem to pretend not to grasp the issue. I agree with another reviewer’s comment: "The seller responds publicly with the same generic message asking customers to email support, giving the impression that issues are being addressed. In reality, nothing changes after that. This is not a technical error. This is a consistent failure to deliver valid digital products and to support customers post-payment."
