Absolutely awful service. I ordered a veggie burger and asked for no salad or cheese. It came smothered in melted cheese slices and strings of something green and no chips. I called to ask for a refund and was told that I had asked for no chips and so my order was right and I couldn’t have a refund. The guy I spoke with actually laughed when I said the burger was covered in green strings of something and stated ‘that would be lettuce love’. Burger went in the bin where it belonged. Absolutely rubbish food and even worse customer service.
