If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered online. Was a regular customer using them until they told me my attitude stank when there was an error on my mobile number... my fault I know... but I also stated that I didn't hear anyone knocking on my door since my address was correct. I told them I was half deaf and they belittled me. After the tracker had been stating out for delivery for over an hour. They then told me they wouldn't resend out any more food. Or refund me. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. No compassion or empathy. They also told me I'm banned from ordered from them again because I 'messed them about'I'm contacting my bank tomorrow to get my money back..
