They DO NOT ALLOW you to reply your issue your ways IN ANYWAY. The format of the response is PRE-FORMAT to TOKOPEDIA advantage.3. Their RESPONSE time is outrageously slow…They are good at giving promises in 1 day, 2 days or so but nothing is done.4. The moment there was a glitch in their system and your money is already received by Tokopedia. Tokopedia will find 1001 excuses TO HOLD your money. Even though you got the proof of transfer from your bank.I have been with this company for 6 months. And the more I know about this company the scary I become.
