I have been spoiled, not only by amazon's customer service, but also by Indonesian online stores such as lazada and semarto where, if one has a complaint about a product, return and refund is made so easy and painless. Tokopedia is quite the opposite! I received an electronic gadget that does not work. Because I didn't try it within the 24 hours allowed for a complaint after receiving it, I have had to engage in tweets, chats, and phone calls for more than a week, none of which has resulted in a plan for a return and refund. I don't expect ever to receive the refund, and I certainly don't expect ever to shop at Tokopedia again.
