The worst customer service, ever. I have been staying abroad for 3 years and never used my app since then. Unfortunately, my ID phone number has been inactive and I need to change to a new number. The thing is, I cant access my tokopedia account because they send the OTP to my old-dead-number. So, I tried to change the number, did what they told me to, even took a picture of myself and my ID Card (KTP), and it was rejected. They said the data werent match. OK. So I reached them through Twitter, DMed them, they replied very slow, they tried to call me but I didnt answer cz I was bathing my daughter that time. The next day WE BOTH AGREED to talk through call at 10.00 AM (Jakarta Time). I waited for their call, I kept DM-ing them through Twitter, they didnt respond! For 5 freaking hours. And suddenly come to me and said they have a long queue thats why they were late to do the call????????? Was it make sense? NO. I didnt ask to be prioritize but WHEN YOU SAY WILL CALL AT 10, YOU DO IT AT 10. Hilarious. I ended up not having my number changed, problem still here, NOT HELPING AT ALL. For Gods sake. They are terribly BAD.
