We bought a gaming chair with fancy lights built into it. Did not work properly. When we reported the fault we were told that in order for them to take any responsibility we would have had to record on video when we opened the package. After 4 days Tokopedia paid to the seller and then claimed we did not provide proof of the faulty item within the four days allowed for complaints. When shown proof that we had indeed complained, sent pictures and video within the four day window they still refused responsibility. I will not write about the lies and complete lack of help that followed from their "customer service" but decided not to buy anything from this company again. Horrible service, lying and cheating seems to be their business plan. Be warned.
