This company promotes itself on various social media platforms, showcasing what seem to be appealing boxing machines. The videos are impressive, and the website looks very polished, but unfortunately, that’s where the positive experience ends. I placed an order in mid-July 2025 for their boxing bundle, which seemed like a great starter setup. Sadly, the machine arrived defective. I reached out to the support team and sent a video showing the non-working machine. The reply I received was from an AI bot, informing me that a human representative would get in touch soon. Weeks went by without any follow-up. When I contacted support again, I received another automated response apologizing for the delay and stating that my case had been escalated. I had hoped for resolution, but that never happened. This company appears to be a scam with no real customer support. I’ve had to pursue a refund through trading standards and my bank.
