Considering the amount we spent on the PJ set, I was shocked by the low quality of the product. The elastic on the small size (I have a 27-inch waist) dug painfully into my waist, making them unwearable. It was clearly made very cheaply. Additionally, the support team was unhelpful—they offered me insignificant discounts like "11%" and "13%". It was both embarrassing and infuriating! Now I'm stuck with a PJ set that I can't wear.
