Started Well.....

We were selling our property and it started out really well. We had good communication and no problems at all. On the date of leaving the property we had email trail confirming with Tolhurst we did not have to leave the property on the date till 5pm. I got a call from the estate agents saying they had agreed with our solicitor we had to be out by 12pm which was not possible. We panicked and managed to agree with the estate agents 2pm which was enough time as we were moving to two separate properties. I emailed and tried to ring Tolhurst on the day which the receptionist said our solicitor would call me back (he never did) and the email was never answered. Luckily everything was sorted in the end but I did not appreciate being ignored by this company. The icing on the cake is receiving two emails advising to leave good feedback to win a prize yet you never answered my email regarding something so important?
