A little boy is going to be very sad that Santa didn't bring the one item he most wanted. Shame on you Toll. Never again.Ordered many weeks ago from JB Hi-Fi, with a predicted delivery date well before Xmas. JB dispatched weeks ago and it has spent the last few weeks shuffling between Toll's warehouses/depots (often returning to the warehouse it was originally sent from...!).Have made numerous phone calls to "customer service". The same promise is made every time (we will "escalate" it), but always get the same outcome (no response). Repeated promises to "get back to me in the next few hours", but never get the call.Perhaps the single most inept company I have ever dealt with.
