HiVery poor service. My parcel is lying in Melbourne since 13 November without scanning I call everyday same reply from customer service that due to heavy rush we cannot deliver. I have never had such a bad response so far from any courier company. There is no solution even I ask if I can go personally and pick my parcel they refused bcoz they also don’t know the status of my parcel. Moreover they are disconnecting my phone call now . Very poor customer service 😡😡😡😡
