Is there a negative rating??? Because TOLL does not even deserve 1 star.I ordered my parcel and paid extra money for express delivery. In receipt its also mentioned B2C priority overnight delivery.However, even after 48 hours of parcel being ready to picked up and I am still awaiting for my delivery. It was promised to be delivered in 24 to 48 Hours.In 2 days, I made 6 calls and BEGGED them, its priority and urgent parcel, please deliver.Every single time, telephone operator ask for mobile number, email address and tell "WE WILL CALL YOU SOON YOUR MOBILE".Never ever I received any call, instead I had to call them 6 times and still NO resolution.In last call (6th Call), I was told that its held at DEPO and it can't be delivered within timeframe promised which is today. Instead its going to be delivered tomorrow.My whole purpose of this delivery for today for special personnel occassion is lost. Its pathetic company.No matter how much extra you pay for express delivery, they ONLY deliver as per their wishes or their DEPO MANAGER's WISH.There is no system whatsoever within this TOLL group.No one is taking any responsibility for any delivery.Its just standard monotonus reply every single time.HOPELESS people. I am never ever going to use them ever again.Any one who wish to use TOLL group service, be very careful (TOLL Group CAN"T be trusted)
