Negative 5 stars Toll Group has turned me into a bad person. Here is what I theorise happened to their company;Some earnest hard working intelligent people started the company, which is how it became so large and successful. They got rich, then started not to care, and continue to use outdated management and technology to run in 2021. Now you have some youngens who are trying to pick up the trash without the resources to improve. And we the customers have received the collateral damage from their lack of care. I now have to start meditating to recover from Toll Groups antics. People just want to be heard and acknowledged. It's like we're attempting to negotiate with koalas to deliver our precious stock to us. To no avail.
