I have placed on online order which was to be delivered via Toll. I got a text message saying that my delivery was due on a certain day. But no delivery. Several days later and after contacting the customer service who started an investigation, still no delivery. The delivery exists of 2 items which are parked at the local depot for days and days, marked as "sorted for delivery". Several days later only one item is out for delivery. So I have to be at home a second time waiting for a second delivery? It is absolutely ridiculous. I will not order with any business which ships with toll anymore.
