What can I say here that has not already been said, in a word PATHETIC. Card left without any attempt at delivery while I was at home, promised redelivery, never happened after several days of trying, call centre personnel often cannot be understood, spoke to supervisors, promises never kept. Gave up trying when they hung up on me!!!What I cannot understand is that my experience in Japan is one of awe at their efficiency, why have they not brought that ethic to Toll?
