The most depressing call I’ve had for 16mins of my life.
A condescending young lad telling me what I should be doing with my life and not selling me the product I was asking for.
I didn’t have all necessary details to hand but he seemed to want me to give him an answer anyway. When I asked for clarity on questions he would just state it’s a yes or no answer.
He wanted to know why I hadn’t been to the gps for a more recent review and that the last record would have to be good enough! He repeatedly asked me to tell him what the gp had informed me at my last test and when i said I couldn’t remember he said well they must have said something!
In the end I had to hang up otherwise I think he would have driven me to an early grave (perhaps this is there strategy!) and will be seeking life insurance elsewhere.
