Most awful experience—it just keeps getting worse. Tommy Swiss initially reached out via email offering a free replacement side for the bed instead of the $100 charge, but since then they’ve completely ignored my responses. I explained that assembling the bed the first time was extremely difficult and required help from three family members. It was stressful and time-consuming, and I’m not willing to go through that again, which is why I requested a partial refund instead.Being ignored when this issue is clearly due to their poor-quality product is incredibly frustrating. It’s unacceptable, especially considering I paid $500 for a bed that’s only lasted two years. Really disappointing service and product quality.
