I signed up for the trial but after clicking around I realized it wasn’t what I was looking for. I was still charged $119.99. I contacted them the moment the transaction happened and they did not respond. I’ve started a PayPal dispute and they still haven’t responded. It’s a lot of money to me so I’m very saddened by this. I will post an update of they respond, but for now, I do not recommend using their services.
I wholeheartedly endorse this service. It is user-friendly and provides an excellent variety of music. This platform has rekindled my passion for playing the flute. I easily lose track of time while playing because it is so enjoyable. I only wish I had discovered this resource earlier, as I've seen significant improvement in my skills at a much quicker pace compared to when I practiced without it. Thank you for this service. This morning, I signed up for what I thought was a free trial. Then I received a notification from my bank that they declined a payment of £97 on my card! Luckily, I had no funds in my account. I am very upset about this; I received no warning about the charge. I later looked at reviews and found many customers had similar experiences!

I signed up for a yearly subscription just before a discount was offered. Upon mentioning this to customer service, they promptly applied the discount to my next year's subscription. I highly recommend this platform to everyone.
I was able to speak with a representative who was wonderful in reaching out to me via email to address my questions, especially about using the service on my browser or app. He was proactive in contacting me and helped me resolve all my issues. There are significant differences between using this service on mobile versus desktop, and I hope they check into those issues further.
