I enrolled in the study program after a persuasive sales call, where I was convinced to pay immediately. In hindsight, I felt pressured and misled about the program's actual offerings. Only after the call did I discover the real contract terms, and I had to purchase a trial on an external platform just to access the agreement I was supposed to sign, which felt problematic. After a week in the program, it became evident that what was promised during the sales call did not align with reality. The program was advertised as having a strong community and meaningful coach interaction, but in truth, the community aspect was minimal, and contact with the coach was highly structured and limited. Many claims made during the sales conversation were exaggerated. The written terms clearly indicated what I was paying for, which was significantly less than what was verbally promised. The sales call seemed designed to persuade at all costs, presenting an inflated view of the program. I advise anyone considering this program to take their time before making a decision, read the full contract, and be cautious of promises made during the call. This review reflects my personal experience as a participant who enrolled in good faith but found the reality lacking.
