I discovered Tonecheer first at Joanns arts & crafts 2023. Then through Amazon. And now I just buy direct. I've never had a problem with customer service or kits. There designs have become increasingly user experience friendly. Instructions have expanded to include tear out cheatsheets and multiple languages. Tracking orders is simple with the app. I would recommend this brand over all other booknook brands.
