I recently visited a well-known salon and left very disappointed. I provided a clear photo of what I wanted, emphasizing the need to cover my grey hair at the front. However, I left with the same grey visible. For £180, I expected to feel confident and happy with my hair, but I instead feel upset and frustrated. I paid a premium price for a result that looks no different than when I walked in. I am left with hair I dislike and will have to spend more money elsewhere to fix it. This was a very disappointing experience, and I wouldn't recommend the service I received.
