My experience with this wallet has been disheartening and frustrating. I embarked on my journey a few months ago with a small deposit, but I noticed my wallet balance decreasing daily. Despite several additional deposits, the balance continued to dwindle. Just last week, I observed a certain amount, but it sharply dropped again yesterday. Today, it has decreased once more! The email support response was quite unfriendly. They claim to have support on another platform, but it hasn’t been effective. I will not be using this wallet service again and felt it necessary to share my unfortunate experience.
