I had a very disappointing experience with this wallet service. I started a few months back with a small deposit, but my balance has been decreasing daily. Even after making more deposits, the amount continued to drop. Just last week, I noticed a specific amount, but it fell significantly yesterday and again today! The email support was not helpful. They mentioned support on another platform, but it was ineffective. I will not use this wallet service again and felt it necessary to share my unfortunate experience.
