I had to file a police report and cancel my card to stop the unauthorized $100 monthly charges

In April 2025, I purchased a discounted offer from Tony Robbins for around $1 USD (or a similar amount). The discount would be valid for 1 month before increasing to around $100 USD/month. The offer included access to an application. However, I never received any login details or access instructions.I tried resetting my password on the site several times (2–3 attempts), but it never worked. After that, I contacted support by email twice, but unfortunately, I received no response. Eventually, I forgot about the issue since I couldn’t log in or use the product.Fast forward to early October — when reviewing my bank account, I discovered that I had been charged around $99 USD per month since April, totaling approximately $600 USD. I was shocked to learn this.Since I never gained access to the platform or received any communication (e.g. "we have charged your card for new subscription period"), never received receipts, never was unable to use the service or cancel the subscription. I once again tried resetting the password (unsuccessfully) and then reached out to your customer success team multiple times through the online form and via email — three separate messages — with no reply.I also tried calling four times, once during Swedish daytime and three times during U.S. business hours, without ever reaching anyone. I even left a detailed voicemail explaining the situation, including my name, phone number, and email, yet still received no response.At this point, I’ve had to cancel my card, file a police report, and submit a formal charge dispute with my bank to prevent further losses.I’ve been a loyal Tony Robbins follower for more than 16 years, and I truly admire his work (and still do). But I must say, this has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered.
