Well, I tried the free trial. Decided I couldn't afford the subscription. I received an email from them saying that my card was run and it didn't go through. I went to the bottom of the email where
it said unsubscribe. That took me to a page where I confirmed that I wanted to cancel the subscription. It even asked why I wanted to do so.
Today I received another email saying that THEY RAN MY CARD AGAIN. So I went to the bottom of the email to the unsubscribe option. This time it took me to a different page than before. It stated how my card didn’t go through. But it also had an option that said 'Don't cancel subscription'. So, obviously ths system is aware that I am canceled. I go to the Tony Robbins page. I finally find where it says to contact support. It takes me to that page, which kept adding random letters to the note I was trying to write. At the bottom it had an area to download info to share. It wouldnt let me share my screen shot of what the Stripe page said today! It did nothing when I clicked on it to add the file, like it said to do.
This is complete bs. I canceled. Therefore, there's no reason my card should still be run. Screw this. So if there's a chance that you may decide to cancel, don't even waste your time subscribing for the free trial that still asked for $1 from you (it must've been so that then they have your cc info). That's pretty shady and has me fuming......
Ps-Take a look at all of these reviews. I noticed the only ones the Tony Robbins Scam Company responded to were the 5 star reviews! How about taking responsibility for your scamming ways, Tony Robbins. My conclusion is that you're not answering those reviews is because you know yourself that your guilty of this. Do you teach this in your seminars, too? I wonder how many of the 5 star reviews were from employees and pd fake customers. Tony Robbins, you should be ashamed of ignoring the cry of those you've been robbing. I'm not the only one who has complained about this! Be a man and step up and fix this!
