After paying for a product with no delivery months later, I decided to email the company to find out about the product (with understanding about the current crisis) and I received no reply!!!! It states on the website that contact is available within a short period of time for queries/complaints and I’m still waiting four days later for any answer. This website is a con !!!! AVOID
