It used to be a great service, but that’s no longer the case. For several days now, it has been extremely frustrating to use. Initially, it offered unlimited prompts, but now there’s a limit of 150 per day. This wouldn’t be a problem if the website still functioned correctly, but it no longer respects the story length selections. Instead of the expected 2,000-3,000 word stories, I’m getting only 400-700 words, and the quality is terrible. Additionally, there have been significant outages, with the service down for 48 hours. Other features have also been unreliable. I’ve reached out via email and chat over two days ago, but have received no response. With a paid plan, this experience has been disappointing and not worth it.
