I ordered three products on their platform and encountered some issues with placing and receiving my orders. The customer service responded promptly, politely, and efficiently. Not all products are easily accessible, especially if they come from overseas; however, the service was able to fulfill its duties with a good range of products available within a reasonable timeframe. Overall, great service and they are running a tight ship. I will return to order more in the future!
The yard tool was challenging to assemble. I decided to purchase because it had a 30-day return policy. I have sent over 20 emails trying to return and get a refund, but I’m making no progress in resolving this issue. They don't seem to have a manager or phone number I can contact for assistance. Highly do not recommend this company.
I attempted to order items from this site twice, and both times were a total letdown. After 36 days of waiting, my order has not been received (the site promised shipment the next day). My last order was placed on June 19, and all items were marked as 'will be shipped tomorrow.' On June 24, I received an email stating delivery would be after June 30. Delayed again on July 9. They offered partial delivery, which I accepted. On July 10, I was told partial shipping was set up and I would receive a tracking email (which did not happen). After inquiring on July 21, I learned one item was out of stock, and again, they offered partial shipping. As of July 24, still no updates. Extremely disappointing service. Never again.
The message indicates the product is in stock, but in reality, you just wait and wait. I have no idea what condition the ordered product is in because I'm still waiting to receive it. This will likely be my last order with you. I'm very disappointed.
I ordered this product nearly two months ago. A box arrived, but it was missing the batteries. I have contacted the company numerous times. It is now January 30, 2025, and still no batteries. I even requested a refund but received no response from the vendor.
