The support was superb. Immediately after I raised my concern that I did not intend to subscribe to tools-shop.me, Anne was very nice and understanding about the situation. I said I would like to unsubscribe as I didn't actually intend to do any purchase. She was great about that and informed me on the steps to do for unsunscribing. Overall my experience with support from tools-shop.me was wonderful. I was actually surprised that I received responses so quickly from Anne and the support team; they are very reassuring and helpful.
