Responding to a Shein offer which appeared above board but then redirected me into Tools Shop Spoke to Tools Shop chat 4 times to cancel. The first seemed successful but then I received a mail saying they would take a subscription/ top up fee in 72 hours.I spoke to them again advising that I had not signed up to their site - was advised they had cancelled.Then received a message from my bank asking me to call.They gave some advice and I contacted tool shop me again to speak with ‘Sammy’ who told me I must have given my details but they were not Shein .He said that he had cancelled my subscription and a mail confirming this was received .If money comes out i will be speaking to my bank again as they have advised that if I have a cancellation email then Tools Shop Me cannot take funds so they would then initiate a refund and fraud investigation
