I ordered a pair of boots as a Christmas present several weeks before Christmas. I received an e-mail in the week before Christmas to say that the order would be delayed until February.
I replied by return to ask them to cancel the order as I had wanted them for a Christmas gift and I went out and bought a pair. I e-mailed again asking for confirmation of the cancellation but did not receive a reply. Guess what, they turned up today!! Appalling service.
