I had to repeatedly chase support for updates, several emails were ignored, and at one point I was told the package had been delivered to the wrong address. When I asked to cancel due to the delays, I was warned I would be charged high shipping costs despite the issues not being my fault.
Overall: misleading delivery claims, poor communication, and unreasonable cancellation conditions. Not recommended if you expect clear information and dependable service.
