They are definitely more affordable than other brands, and I can’t fault the actual straightening — it worked well for me and I’m happy with the end result.
However, the overall experience felt quite lacking. You have to organise all your own check-in calls, and if you forget, nothing happens. When I did book one, the dentist seemed unsure why I was there, which didn’t inspire much confidence. The calls themselves often felt rushed, and on one occasion the dentist was eating lunch, which made it difficult to get proper advice.
Now that my treatment has ended, there’s been no follow-up, no guidance on next steps, and no real sense of aftercare. I also took part in promoting them on social media for the free whitening offer, which unfortunately never materialised.
Great value and effective results, but the customer journey could definitely be improved.
