The first one was really bad, I threw it away. They offered a free second one so I tried again. It was a little better that's why I gave 2 stars instead of one... Their customer service is good. But the book is just bad! They asked for family members so I gave my daughter's kids names .. Then automatically they added a "Dad" into the family (I purposely left that out as she is a single mother). I left out the name of her college because she takes online classes... Yet they made up a college name and had her going to classes. Many other made up stuff that is not a part of her life. Also the book is far too long... They should charge $15 for a twenty page book and pay human writers. It's so obviously AI. Neither of my books were funny.
