I contacted Top Smile and delt with Yam who was super helpful and had another one sent out to me no problem,top marks for customer service.The plaque remover itself,ohhhh my god is amazing I have had nicotine stains for ages and had tried numerous toothpastes whiteners etc so was a little skeptical about this but all I can say is wow,I only wish I had taken before and after photos.So thank you Yam x
