Absolutely shocking experience with TopCashback UK.
I joined this platform based on a friend’s recommendation and used it consistently, building up over £400 in cashback through genuine transactions. Every purchase was made through their platform in good faith, and I have full records and proof for each order.
However, the moment my cashback became payable (after waiting nearly 3 months), my account was suddenly terminated without any prior warning.
I was accused of "abusive activity", yet no clear explanation or specific evidence has ever been provided. My usage was completely transparent:
I used only one device (my personal laptop)
One browser only
No multiple accounts
Full transaction history and proof available
As someone involved in e-commerce (dropshipping), all purchases were legitimate, and there was nothing hidden or fraudulent in my activity. If this type of usage is not allowed, why was it not flagged or stopped at the beginning?
Instead, the account was allowed to run, cashback accumulated, and only when it was time to pay out, the account was terminated and all earnings forfeited.
This raises serious concerns about how the platform operates. It feels extremely unfair and misleading that users are allowed to build balances over months, only to be denied payouts at the final stage based on vague allegations.
Support responses have been inconsistent, with no transparency or proper investigation shared with me.
I would strongly advise others to be very cautious when using this platform. Do not rely on the cashback you see accumulating, as there is a real risk it may never be paid out.
