Scam. I opened an account based on a special offer for new members, to get a lump sum on buying from ICELAND. It has not appearedin my account, and no cash back has been paid out. Instead of the £30 "new account" payout I was offered, all there is, weeks later, is £15 still sitting in my account which will not be paid out as they say everything will be deleted on 3rd June. There is no means of contacting Customer Services, and when you "open a ticket" online, it is ignored.
