I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience with TopCashback and MyDeal. I purchased three items on MyDeal via TopCashback, spending over $50 to earn rewards. However, the seller cancelled one item, and due to TopCashback's policy, I lost cashback on the entire purchase.TopCashback's policy states: "If any part of an order is cancelled / returned / exchanged / modified, it will no longer be eligible for cashback and will be declined in your account." I find this policy unfair, as it penalizes customers for issues beyond their control. TopCashback blames MyDeal for not paying the commission.A more reasonable approach would be to prorate cashback rewards based on delivered items rather than cancelling the entire reward due to a single item cancellation by the seller.
