My cashback had not tracked after a month post purchase, so I lodged a claim directly through Top Cashback. The team were working on it but this was taking longer than anticipated. They did end up providing me with cashback, however what was provided was only 80% of the advertised cashback rate. I said as much in the claim message thread but no replies. I ended up sending a PM to Ozbargain's resident Top Cashback rep "tightarse", who actioned my claim and provided the missing cashback 13 minutes later. Very happy with the outcome and will not hesitate in future as I know issues like these can be resolved if they occur.
