I had a very poor cashback experience with TopCashback. Despite lodging a ticket months ago, I received no meaningful communication and had to constantly follow up to get any response. This issue is long overdue. I will be contacting the retailer directly. Accountability is needed, and it is not the customer's responsibility to chase for promised services.
