I would like to raise a concern regarding my cashback for the PrivateVPN purchase.

At the time of my purchase, the TopCashback page clearly showed $156.55 cashback for an online purchase. There was no visible condition stating that the purchase must be for a 36-month plan.

I have already provided a screenshot of the cashback offer page showing $156.55 cashback without that restriction.

Since the terms shown at the time of purchase did not mention a mandatory 36-month plan, denying the cashback now appears to be incorrect or misleading.

Could you please provide proof that this condition was clearly stated on the offer page at the time of my transaction?

If such proof cannot be provided, I kindly request that the full cashback of $156.55 be honored.
