It's real food!!!I have a special need, a low sodium diet and the Top Chef meals are not only extremely low in sodium, but taste delicious. Packaging of meals is great with instructions for heating and nutritional values. I usually meal prep, but sometimes that gets difficult, so I use Top Chef when I can't.
