Good and bad experience- My first order didn't get to me on a Friday like it was supposed to. I didn't get the box until Sunday morning while I was at church. So it sat out until I got home. The meals were all defrosted. Not cold at all. I called the company on Monday and explained the situation. That I live where it gets really hot out. I didn't know when the box would come. I couldn't wait around on Sunday. So they helped me out and resent another set of meals. It wasn't their fault or my fault but I hadn't gotten to try the food and it was a good chunk of money. I was afraid to eat them since they had completely defrosted. I had stuck them in the freezer because I didn't know what to do until I talked to someone on Monday. They said the meals would be fine if they were still cold to the touch when I got them out of the box. They were not cold at all and the desserts were a mess in the bags they were put in. The customer service person wasn't sure how to help me. She got someone else who could answer my questions and let me know what I could do. The lady was very helpful and when she understood the situation, she said to just toss those meals so I wouldn't be scared to eat them and get sick from them going bad from being out in the heat from our hot summers in the south. When they resent another box, I received it on the Friday I was supposed to. I wasn't home but my brother put the meals in the fridge for me and they were cold when he got them out of the box and the desserts weren't all drippy with juices like the first time around. I stuck them in the freezer when I got home except for a few to try out the next couple of days. My favorite meal was the Asian Sesame Salmon and the Beef Stew one was great as well. The desserts were excellent! I'm grateful for the Customer Service I received in a sticky situation.
